We are The Troubleshooters, civil and human rights workers for people with developmental disabilities including people diagnosed “mentally ill”. We specialize in serving those with the most severe disabilities of mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism and related disorders of the brain.

We provide information, referral and training to citizens of the world who need help solving disability messes.

Rosemary Kennedy

September 13, 1918 - January 7, 2005

The most influential member of the Kennedy family

Rosemary grew up in a large, loving family, sharing in all their many activities. As she grew older, her developmental disability worsened causing highly skilled doctors to recommend various treatments, finally advising the family that Rosemary needed a caring peaceful residential treatment home, the best medical advice available in the 30's.

Rosemary Kennedy's influence had just begun.

As her loving parents, her brothers and sisters struggled to live their lives without her in their family home, Rosemary shaped their thoughts and actions forever after.

By the time of her death at 86, Rosemary 's life had brought hope to millions of people, their families, professionals and volunteers in every country on earth.

Every person with a disability can aim to live a free life

because of Rosemary Kennedy

Every family which has a member with a disability can hope and strive for their education, medical treatment, recreation, a job and the full life they want to live
